My name is Americo Hinojosa, I’m from Mexico. I’m a graduate student in the MS in Physics program at UTRGV. I am also pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Teaching Methods at the Mexican Institute of Pedagogy. I have a B.S in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Teaching Methods.

The purpose of this e-Portfolio is to not only show some of my educational and professional qualifications and background, but to use it as a way to share information which I find interesting about topics of my own interest in education, technology, and science, which can be useful for others.

This e-Portfolio is organized into seven sections which are: Home, Reflection Letter, My Philosophy, Courses Taken, Leadership, POS (Program of Study) and Contact Me. Each section has a landing page which will help you to know more about it and which will guide you through each section, they contain information which you may find interesting about my professional and educational background, and about myself.

There is a main menu located over this text, which you can use to navigate through the sections of this site. The best way to review it is going in the same order as I enlisted the sections here, and navigate through them by using the main menu. I hope you enjoy them and find them useful.
